Being raised in Northern Idaho, Rio has always been surrounded by nature. This fostered a deep rooted appreciation for the outdoors and sense of responsibility to protect and preserve our natural world.

 

This drive has led her from her previous job in the outdoor apparel industry to Project Bigwood’s front door, where she is thrilled to be part of such a passionate team. Having lived in the Wood River Valley for the better part of a decade, she is grateful for the opportunity to serve the local community.

 

On the weekends, if she’s not backcountry skiing, mountain biking, or trail running, you’ll probably find her at Maude’s with the latest crossword and an oat chai.
