About the event
As an important component of this multi- reach-wide study to explore flood mitigation and habitat enhancement, project partners seek feedback from residents, property owners and users of the Big Wood River. Members of the Advisory Group are hosting a series of site visits and listening sessions to gather more information about problems, constraints, and opportunities within the study area. The technical portion of the study conducted by Biota Research and Consulting will help address problems and identify opportunities for riverine enhancement. (Biota has already assessed and designed several projects within the study area, which will streamline the planning process and cost.)
